This website does not allow to make orders on line. This way, if you wish to purchase any item you will have to contact us (by e-mail, telephone or fax) and we will inform you about prices, postage and availability. You will receive an answer in less than 24 hours (workable days). 

The prices of all our Lladró & Elisa items are available at our website (clicking on the photo of any piece you will open a window with all details of that piece, such as price, measurements, etc).

Non European Union resident customers (and also residents in Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar) have the right to deduce the VAT, so they will just have to pay the price of the item divided by 1,16.

The orders will be sent, by order of arrival, as soon as possible. We can immediately send you any item that you order if it is available. In case that the item you order is not available we will try to obtain it and send it to you as soon as possible.

The payment of the items will be made on an absolutely secure electronic system. We will send you an e-mail with a link. Clicking on that link you will access to the system. You will go to a payment page which will inform you of the amount of the transaction. You just will have to enter your credit card details and click on "Pay". It´s a 100% secure system and very simple to use.
